Beloit Health System’s NorthPointe Health and Wellness Campus has a vision is to be a steward of health and wellness for the communities we serve in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. 

NorthPointe is truly a health and wellness destination. We offer immediate care services, advanced medical imaging/diagnostics, more than thirty doctor’s offices - specialists and primary care – physical therapy and rehabilitation and a state-of-the-art fitness facility, swimming pool, and spa. The campus also includes an assisted living facility. Plus, in 2017 we’ll be opening the NorthPointe Surgery Center for same-day, outpatient surgical procedures.
