Price County offers a multitude of recreational activities including: ATVing, UTVing, off-road motorcycle trails, scenic on-road auto, motorcycle & bicycle routes, mountain biking, boating, canoeing & kayaking, cross-country skiing, fishing, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, hunting ice skating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, swimming and wildlife viewing.
Many of these activities take place on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest (150,000 acres), State Forest land (30,000 acres) and Price County Forest land (92,000 acres) and on 18,000 acres of water.
